My career hasn't been a ladder. It's been a series of pivots, each one taken because something new got too interesting to ignore.

Tech is exciting, but solving the right business problem is what actually matters. Everything else is scaffolding.
AI hasn’t replaced how I work — it’s fundamentally changed how quickly ideas become shipped products.

- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Product Owner and Head of AI on askPEI — a private-markets research assistant grounded in years of proprietary journalism, data and analysis.
- Bridge between Product Management and Engineering: I turn fuzzy business questions into data contracts, retrieval sets and eval rubrics.
- Collaborate deeply with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on Databricks and modern LLM tooling.
- Use Claude Code extensively for AI-assisted development — helping the team ship features roughly 2–3× faster.
Principal Technical Consultant · Business Intelligence · Digital.ai
- Owned the BI advisory relationship for enterprise customers — translating messy DevOps telemetry into decision-ready dashboards.
- Designed data models and semantic layers that survived quarterly re-orgs and audits.
- Coached client teams on analytics-engineering patterns; reduced average dashboard build time by ~40%.
BI / ML / Data Analyst · ITSM → ML → Analytics
- Grew from Software Engineer Trainee into BI, working primarily in the ITSM domain — turning ticket and operational data into decisions.
- Moved into Machine Learning — built predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and applied analytics to real business problems.
- Owned end-to-end analytics for product & growth squads and coached teams away from ad-hoc SQL culture.
